Richard Harrison is Vice President of Engineering, Water Quality and Production at the Northern Kentucky Water District. He has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Kentucky. The group he manages is responsible for engineering services, water treatment, production and treatment related facility management.
Richard is a past President and current member of the Covington Rotary Club and a member of the Northern Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers, currently serving on the Chapter’s Board of Directors. He is also a member of the American Water Works Association serving as the Chair of the executive committee of the Kentucky Water Utility Council. He is a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky 1996.
