CAMPBELL COUNTY

Oneota Road and Washington Trace Melbourne – The District will be installing a new 12” water main on Oneonta and Washington Trace Roads. The project will begin at the intersection of Stonehouse Road and go to Washington Trace and from Oneonta Road to Carthage Road. This project is intended as a hydraulic improvement to strengthen the surrounding area and provide more reliable water service and fire protection.

Stonehouse Road – The District will be installing an 8” water main from Oneonta Road to Flagg Springs Road.  The project is currently under design.

3 Mile Road/Gibson Lane – The District will be installing both 8” and 12” sized water main from Bentwood Hills cross country main to the end of Gibson Lane. The project is currently under construction.

4 Mile Pike – The District will be replacing the water main from Poplar Ridge Road to 9 Mile Road with an 12” water main. This project is currently under design.

Ripple Creek Pump Station to Alexandria Tank – Phase II – This project will begin near the Ripple Creek pump station terminate at East Alexandria Pike. The water main will be a 24” transmission water main. The project is nearing the end of the design phase and it is anticipated that it will be bid in the spring in 2010 with construction starting during the summer of 2010.

Ripple Creek Pump Station to Alexandria Tank – Phase III – This project will begin at U.S. 27 near the Alexandria water tank, routed along Main Street to the intersection of East Main Street and Riley Road. The project is currently under design.

Ripple Creek Pump Station to Alexandria Tank – Phase IV – This project will begin at East Alexandria Pike and will terminate at 4 Mile Pike.  The project is currently under design.

Ripple Creek Pump Station to Alexandria Tank – Phase V – This project will begin at the AA Highway and terminate at East Main Street. The project is currently under design.

Newman Avenue - Ft. Thomas - The District will be replacing the water main from Highland Avenue to Kyles Lane. Construction should be completed in the Spring of 2010.

Siry Road and Flatwods Road - The District will be extending the water main from Campbell County Park along Flatwoods Road and Siry Road to the Peldleton County water systen.The project is currently under construction.

Covert Run – Bellevue –The District will be replacing the water main on Covert Run from Taylor Avenue to Foote Avenue. The project is currently under construction and should be completed by the summer of 2010.

Parkview Avenue, Harrison Avenue, Hubert Alley and 18th Street – Newport – The District will be replacing the water main on Parkview Avenue from Monmouth Street to 17th Street, Harrison Avenue from Parkview Avenue to 18th Street, Hubert Alley from Monmouth Street to the dead end and 18th Street from Monmouth Avenue to Main Avenue. The project is currently under design.

19th Street, Summer Hill and 20th Street – Newport –The District will be replacing the water main on 19th Street from Monmouth Street to Home Street, Summer Hill from 19th Street to the dead end and 20th Street from Summer Hill to Robinwood Place. The project is currently under design.

Linden Avenue – Southgate – The District will be replacing the water main on Linden Avenue from Poplar Street to Dexter Road. Construction should be completed by mid-summer 2010.

Steelman Avenue and Linet Avenue – Highland Heights –The District will be replacing the water main on Steelman Avenue and Linet Avenue. Construction is anticipated to start in February 2010.

Weaver Lane – Cold Spring – The District will be replacing the water main on Weaver Lane from East Alexandria Pike to Walden.  Constriction is anticipated in spring of 2010.

Craft Road and Cross Country Water Main – Campbell County – The District will be replacing the water main on Craft Road from Licking Pike to Woeste Road. Also the cross country water main near Sara Lee between Woeste Road and U.S 27 will be replaced. The project is currently under design.

 

KENTON COUNTY

Dixie Highway Erlanger The District will be replacing the water main on Dixie Highway in Erlanger from Lytle Avenue to the county line.  The project is currently under design.

Rosemont Avenue and Hilltop Drive – Park Hills – The District will be replacing the water main on Rosemont Avenue and Hilltop Drive starting from South Arlington to the end. The project is currently under construction.

McCullum, Oliver and Cox – Independence – The District will be replacing the water main on McCullum, Oliver and Cox. The McCullum portion has started in October 2009.

Yancey Lane – Lakeside Park – The District will be replacing the water main on Yancey Lane from Van Deren to Turkeyfoot. Currently under Construction.

Holaday Lane – Lakeside Park – The District will be replacing the water main on Holaday Lane from Van Deren to Turkeyfoot. Currently under Construction.

Elizabeth Court – Lakeside Park – The District will be replacing the water main on Elizabeth Court from Van Deren to Turkeyfoot. Currently under Construction.

Van Deren Drive – Lakeside Park – The District will be replacing the water main on Van Deren Drive from Turkeyfoot Road to Yancey. Currently under Construction.

Morgan Court - Park Hills - The District will be replacing the water main on Morgan Court form Emerson to the end of the street. The project is currently under construction.

Altamont Road - Covington - The District will be replacing the water main on Altamont Road from John Street to River Road. Construction is anticipated to start in early spring 2010.

Edgecliff Road, Benton Road and Pointe Benton Street – Covington – The District will be replacing the water main on Edgecliff Road from the sharp bend to the end of the street.  Benton Road from Highland Avenue to Monte Lane and Pointe Benton from Benton to the dead end.  Construction is anticipated in the winter of 2010.

Erlanger 2010 water main replacement – Erlanger – The District will be replacing the water main on the following streets:  James Avenue from Dixie Highway to Lloyd Avenue, McAlpin Avenue from Dixie Highway to Lloyd Avenue, Lewis Circle from McAlpin Avenue to the dead end, Forest Avenue from Dixie Highway to Lloyd, Fitzgerald from James Avenue to Sunset Avenue and Lloyd Avenue from McAlpin Avenue to Forest Avenue.  Construction is expected in the spring of 2010.

Elsmere 2010 water main replacement – Elsmere – The District will be replacing the water main on the following streets:  Swan Circle from Park to dead end, Caldwell Drive from Elken to Swan, Orchard Street from Kenton to Caldwell, Kenton Street from Dixie Highway to Bedinger and Maple from Caldwell east 150’.  Construction is anticipated in the spring of 2010.

• Orlando Drive (from U.S. 27 to the end of the street)

• Rifle Range Road (from Licking Pike to the bridge near #539 Rifle Range Road)
• Creektrace Road (from Licking Pike to the Bridge)
• Indian Trace Road (from Creektrace to the end of the road)
• JoAnn Lane (from Indian Trace to the dead end)
• Lauren Lane (from Creek Trace to the dead end
• John Miller Road (from Creektrace to the driveway for #9807 John Miller Road)
• Schababerle Hill (from Wesley Chapel to Daniels Road)
• Wesley Chapel Road (from California Cross Road to Route 10)
• Maddox Road (From Madonna to the end of county maintenance)
• Cory Lane (Maddox to the dead end)
• Pleasant Ridge Road (from Visalia Road to address #11138)

Kenton County

Sub-district G additional streets currently under design:
