Aging Infrastructure and Water Main Replacement
Parkview Avenue, Harrison Avenue, Hubert Alley, 18th Street, 19th Street, Summer Hill and 20th Street – Newport –The District will be replacing the water main on Parkview Avenue from Monmouth Street to 17th Street, Harrison Avenue from Parkview Avenue to 18th Street, Hubert Alley from Monmouth Street to the dead end, 18th Street from Monmouth Avenue to Main Avenue, 19th Street from Monmouth Street to Home Street, Summer Hill from 19th Street to the dead end and 20th Street from Summer Hill to Robinwood Place. The project is currently under construction.
Alexandria 2011 Water Main Replacement – Alexandria –The District will be replacing the water main on Brookwood Drive from Acorn to Ridgewood Drive. This project is currently under design.
Craft Road Water Main Replacement Project – Campbell County – The District will be replacing the water main on Craft Road from Licking Pike to Woeste Road. The project is currently under construction.
Cross Country Water Main Replacement Project – Campbell County – The District will be replacing the cross country water main near Sara Lee between Woeste Road and U.S. 27. This project is currently under design.
E. 2nd Street Water Main Replacement – Silver Grove – The District will be replacing the water main along E. 2nd Street from Four Mile to Linden Street. Construction is anticipated for April 2013.
Knollwood Drive Water Main Replacement – Highland Heights – The District will be replacing the water main along Knollwood Drive from the tank to Timberview Court. Construction is anticipated for April 2013.
Robinson Road, Regency Court, and Hope Lane Water Main Replacement – Highland Heights – The District will be replacing the water main on the following streets: Robinson Road from Alexandria Pike to Regency Court, Regency Court from Robinson Road to the northeast end of the road, and on Hope Lane from Robinson Road to the east end of the street. This project is currently under design.
Crestwood Avenue, Dale Road, and High Street Water Main Replacement – Highland Heights – The District will be replacing the water main on the following streets: Crestwood Avenue from US 27 to Dale Road, Dale Road from Crestwood Avenue to High Street, and on High Street from Dale Road to US 27. This project is currently under design.
Patterson Street, Isabella Street, and 8th Street Water Main Replacement – Newport – The District will be replacing the water main on the following streets: Patterson Street from Chestnut Way to W. 8th Street, Isabella Street from Chestnut Way to W. 9th Street, and on W. 8th Street from Brighton Street to Central Avenue. This project is currently under design.
Crestview 2013 Water Main Replacement – Crestview – The District will be replacing the water main on the following streets: Circle Drive from Uhl Road to Dodsworth Lane, Terrace Avenue from Circle Drive to Skyview Terrace, Skyview Terrace from Terrace Avenue to Pine Hill Drive, Pine Hill Drive from Skyview Terrace to Uhl Road, and Osage Avenue from Pine Hill Drive to southeast end of the street. This project is currently under design.
Columbia Street, Prospect Street, and E. 2nd Street Water Main Replacement – Newport – The District will be replacing the water main on the following streets: Columbia Street from 9th Street to 10th Street, Prospect Street from Park Avenue to the south end of the street, and on E. 2nd Street from Park Avenue to the east end of the street. This project is currently under design.
System Upgrades/Redundancy/Water Main Extensions
Sub-District H Water Main Extension Project – The District has plans to extend water mains along these listed streets:
KY 547 from Washington Street to Nelson Road Phase 5 – 24-inch extension for hydraulic improvement – This project will begin at the AA Highway and terminate at East Main Street. The project is currently under design.
Industrial Road (KY1998) Water Main Replacement – The District will be replacing the water main on Industrial Road (KY1998) from Winters Lane to Mary Ingles Highway. This project is currently under design.
Melbourne KY 8 (Mary Ingles Highway) Water Main Replacement – The District will be replacing the water main on KY 8 through Melbourne from approximately house number 221 to Greis Road. This project is currently under design.
Creektrace Road (KY 536) Water Main Extension – Alexandria – The District will be extending the water main from U.S. 27 to Licking Pike. The water main on Licking Pike will be replaced from Creektrace Road to Walker Road. This project is currently under design.
