The Northern Kentucky Water District (NKWD) invites you to select an easy way to pay your water bill with our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan. Your participating bank, savings and loan, credit union, or credit card can pay your water bill by deducting the amount due automatically from your financial account. Stop writing checks, mailing envelopes, buying stamps or having to remember to call in your credit card number! Please print and fill in the form below and leave your water bill payments to us!

How does the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan work?
Once you have signed up for the program, NKWD will continue to send you a bill so that you will know the amount of each payment. Each bill will contain a message that reminds you that the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan will make the payment automatically on the due date. In addition, each payment should be listed by your financial institution on your monthly banking/credit card statement.

How much does this service cost?
This is a service we provide free of charge to our customers.

What happens if there are insufficient funds in my account?
A payment that is refused or returned by your financial institution due to insufficient funds will be handled by NKWD like an "insufficient fund" check and will be subject to established charges for a returned check. If two payments are refused or returned during a 12-month period, your Plan will be terminated by NKWD.

Is the information I provide to you kept confidential?
YES. The information you provide on this form is processed in a secure environment. In addition, it will not be used by NKWD for any other purpose.
