eCare Feedback Phase
We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of eCare, an online account access and bill payment service. Using eCare, our customers will be able to access their account information, pay their bill, and view their usage history—all from the comfort of their home. Customers will also be able to request eBills, an alternative to paper bills and an eco-friendly way to streamline the billing process.
We are aware that eCare will be an invaluable tool for our customers and we want to ensure that this service meets all expectations. Because of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are implementing an "eCare Feedback Phase". During this phase, a select group of customers will use the eCare system and send us any concerns or suggestions. All transactions made during this feedback phase will be valid and applied to the customer's account.
