The Northern Kentucky Water District (serving 63,000 customers in Campbell and Kenton Counties) is seeking an experienced, proven leader to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer. This position offers a challenging, high profile opportunity to organize, plan and develop the district's operational functions, and oversee a budget of $26M. The successful candidate will have experience with all facets of management, public relations, budgeting, and strategic planning. Position reports to a Board of Commissioners and oversees a staff of 130. Requires excellent communications skills, ability to successfully work in a dynamic, regional environment, and a minimum of 5-10 years of increasingly progressive leadership experience in a public or private enterprise.
